This is my 2nd visit since my prior dentist retired. Erin is a cheerful and efficient hygienist. Dr. Bockhorst is great. I met the new dentist/owner - Dr. Hayes. He was friendly and professional. The hygienist described him as kind which is the ultimate compliment.

This establishment is no longer what it once was. My appointment was canceled by the front desk without any prior notification—no message or confirmation was provided. When I inquired about the situation, I was given a dismissive response, stating, “I don’t know, I didn’t do it,” and was curtly advised to return at another time. There was a clear lack of accountability and no effort made to address or resolve the issue, which I found highly disappointing.

Rigid office scheduling policy. Called multiple times to cancel cleaning appointment, but the office was closed. Despite this and my explanation, the scheduler insisted on charging me $50. So much for flexibility and caring about a long term patient in the practice. It is clear to me now, it's all about the money for this practice. Could have cared less about me as a long term patient. A 100% transactional business approach. I will go elsewhere.
