Wonderful, friendly, helpful staff. I used to fear the dentist and Blue Ash Dental staff takes that fear away :)
I am extremely disappointed with the care I received from Dr. Hayes while he was working at Kings Dental. Dr. Hayes performed a root canal that ultimately failed. During my follow-up visits, X-rays were taken, and I was told everything looked fine. However, after seeking a second opinion because I began experiencing severe nerve pain, bleeding, and ongoing discomfort, I was informed that there were problems with the root canal that should have been identified on my X-rays. Have had some ups and downs over the last several years with this dentist, largely around canceled appointments. They seem to have hired more people now and are keeping up. Decent dentist. Not really “special” in that people are new, etc. but clean, comfortable, accommodating.
It was a great visit, I was treated with the up most respect
This is my 2nd visit since my prior dentist retired. Erin is a cheerful and efficient hygienist. Dr. Bockhorst is great. I met the new dentist/owner - Dr. Hayes. He was friendly and professional. The hygienist described him as kind which is the ultimate compliment.
