The entire team at Blue Arch is outstanding! They are extremely responsive, reliable and thorough with all our needs and IT issues that arise. They are pro-active rather than re-active to keep our technology needs "up to date." Our small business has used Blue Arch for years. They are reliable and honest with quick service. I can't imagine trusting another company with our IT needs. They have come to our rescue many times, helped move our systems and network to a new location, set up a computer lab painlessly, given advice on equipment and upgrades, and monitored/maintained our server consistently.
