All the team members at Blue Arch Homecare are approachable, polite and caring. They not only listened to requests from my mother but also from the family. As we live some distance away, it was reassuring to know that they could be contacted easily. I was kept up to date daily with messages from the carers which meant that any concerns either from the carers or family could be dealt with quickly. I would certainly recommend Blue Arch Homecare.
Really great service from these wonderful ladies. My mum has got to the age where she needed some help. She's definitely not the sort to ask for it or to take to help very well. But the carers assigned to her, especially Sumi, are very kind, polite and patient with her. Some of the discreet and often embarring care such as washing etc is carried out respectfully and mum has taken to them very well. Mum is now much more confident, happy and feels cared for. She felt alone and now does not. Thank you so much. James
