I went here on a Saturday due to my regular chiropractor being closed on Saturdays. For one how they do their billing is ridiculous. Received my bill today and was charged a new patient fee PLUS the adjustment. I have been to this place before so have no idea why I was charged for a new patient fee. With my insurance I always pay $40 for my adjustments at every other office I have been at. That’s my copay for chiropractic adjustments. I was asked 8 questions. Then was told to go see a Dr. I was hoping for a refund. Since I was not even there for more then 10 minutes. I called and was told some gibberish, about he needs to ask accounting? I feel I was took and shunned away. never going there again.
Today was my first visit to Blue Apple Walk In Chiropractic and it was a great experience. I'm a busy mom of 3 and don't have much time and my appointment was not long at all and I felt like my chiropractor actually listened and adjusted me well. The staff is very welcoming!
Love that it’s easy to get into, very affordable, and the care that I have received there has been extraordinary!
