Bus driver didn’t use GPS. We have been in traffic for 30 minutes basically stopped. We could have gotten off last exit. It’s 2026, maybe use technology to avoid this. 2 hour ride from Logan to Mansfield
I've only taken the bus to and from Logan a few times, but it's always been a great experience. Way easier than driving in, and the buses are modern and comfortable. Drivers have always been pleasant. I do wish parking was available at the train station for those who are using the bus. I don't want to be doing a 10 minute walk alone with luggage in the middle of the night. I'd use the bus more if parking was more convenient.
I've used Blue Apple Bus several times when traveling from Mansfield to Logan. They have always been on time and the bus is clean. I had a particularly good experience with a driver named Ismael, who was friendly, professional, and offered to help with luggage. He's an excellent ambassador for Blue Apple!
My wife and i were standing in terminal A at logan (we were there at 4 waiting for the 430 bus) We tried to wave down the driver but he didn’t stop he just kept going. We had to wait another hour and a half for the next bus that passed at 6 saw me and stopped which is why i changed this review from one star to three.
From Mansfield Massachusetts train station this is the easiest way to get to Logan International Airport. Very affordable and available for every hour. The buses are deluxe, warm, and comfy. I have had 3 rides all on time and the drivers were so nice and kind. I think one driver's name was Chris. Fantastic people the drivers for this company.
