AVOID IF YOU CAN: Horrible experience. Bus left me stranded. Driver did not stop at designated "Scheduled Bus" stop, instead stopped way far away in a Logan Express area, obscured behind a Logan Express bus. I now have to find my way home at my own expense. Customer service was no help other than telling me to wait ANOTHER 90 minutes for the next one. Which who knows if that one will actually stop where they should??? Applied for refund, unacceptable. $76 Uber ride instead, might have been a different review if they even bot... read more

Bus driver didn’t use GPS. We have been in traffic for 30 minutes basically stopped. We could have gotten off last exit. It’s 2026, maybe use technology to avoid this. 2 hour ride from Logan to Mansfield

I've only taken the bus to and from Logan a few times, but it's always been a great experience. Way easier than driving in, and the buses are modern and comfortable. Drivers have always been pleasant. I do wish parking was available at the train station for those who are using the bus. I don't want to be doing a 10 minute walk alone with luggage in the middle of the night. I'd use the bus more if parking was more convenient.

I've used Blue Apple Bus several times when traveling from Mansfield to Logan. They have always been on time and the bus is clean. I had a particularly good experience with a driver named Ismael, who was friendly, professional, and offered to help with luggage. He's an excellent ambassador for Blue Apple!
