As a 20 year Customer Service Manager I will say personally this situation was handled poorly. Today (Thursday June 12, 2025) I walked in to request nail service with Kevin around 12pm, he was busy so I was asked to make an appointment for 2pm the same day, which I did, however at 1:32 Kevin called and asked I come in at 2:30-3pm bec he had a long nail design to complete. Before I said yes, I asked did he want me to reschedule another day or would the next time be truly ok? My thought process was I’m a last minute appointmen... read more
Service was overall good. I went on a Tuesday and there was no wait. However I was rushing out to catch my uber and didn’t realize the lady overcharged an extra $10 until later. Not sure if that was intentional or not. Make sure they tell you the price up front and CHECK YOUR TICKET. The main lady is going to persuade you to spend more!
