Small space at an affordable price. But the manager is very lazy and will not send maintenance to fix a thing without threatening them. Also, we paid rent and they decided to leave a 3 day on my door (we paid over 15 days ago for June). It’s like playing cat and mouse to catch “Dorthy” in the office. They are a classic example of why tenants NEED the have every paper ever given signed and dated and receipts for rent (thankfully we have all the above).
