Christian was very patient with us while explaining the varios functions of our pool equipment. He has met with us twice, but so far, the only work performed has been to change the pump settings from RPM to GPM, and adjust the timing of the pump settings. He has given us an estimate for what needs to be done, but that work will not take place until January, 2025.
I had a new pool installed by a different pool installer. The heat pump did not seem to work correctly. Blue Agave came in and made recommendations for the use of the new pool. I was very happy with their straight answers and quick response. I will use them in the future.
Very responsive. Solved our issues with a repair instead of a replace!
