PRO: Friendly people and nice facility. CONS: I won't bad mouth Red's Gun Range prices anymore! Here it was $18 per hour for pistol, which was tolerable. But after that, the sky's the limit. $25 for Shotgun? $31 for Rifle? $37 for Pistol and Rifle? Anyone thinking those prices are fair is either new to shooting or has more money than sense. I'll check back in a year and see if those prices are more reasonable. <I hope you'll still be in business by then.>
Friendly knowledgeable staff. the prices are a touch high but reasonable.
Located in Round Rock. Guys are knowledgeable and have great customer service. Very friendly and not pushy at all. Prices are fair.
Newbie to pistols. Did the research ahead of time, discussed my needs with the staff and they spent a fair amount of time helping me understand the options, what I was getting into, safety and carry options, etc. Ended up getting a Walther PPX at a very good price and am taking their Pistol Class I this Saturday. Will let you know how that goes.
This is an out of the way gun store, but its one of the best I've been to in Austin. They're a little smaller than some of the older stores in the area, but they have pretty decent prices and are extremely helpfu & knowledgeable. I recommend anyone check them out.
