My fiance secured this company to do photos of our proposal, as he knew how much I would like to capture the moments leading up to his proposal. They cancelled day before the proposal, after he had been communicating with them for a month. The photographer Ryan said he "broke his drone", and then after said "he broke his foot" and couldn't make it. He then referred us to two amateurs who don't pick up their phone or return calls.
