This is a very different review than my last. After spending over 10k on several pieces from this store, I am shocked at the lot customer service I received as well as the poor quality of many of the items I purchased. From charms falling completely off their bevels, to stones falling out of pieces, to losing earrings cause the earring backs constantly fell off. But the worst experience was with a fire opa ring.
