I just had the most fabulous highlights and lowlights done. Followed by a beautiful blowout.
I love the Blu Water Day Spa. I'm there every two weeks for my nails and once a month for waxing of my eyebrows. I have had facials & massages,all done by excellent personal. I would give Blu Water a 10 out of 10
