The ambiance is beautiful. The serenity and quiet one finds in this place is a soothing balm for a weary soul. I go to Blu Water every other week for my nails and I am lulled into a state of relaxation that is almost a state of grace. Julie, who is the owner, has done a fabulous job of hiring the best folks to do their specialty: nails, massage, makeup application as well as eyebrow grooming.
