This place is not not what it represents it's self to be. It is very dirty, the machines are extremely filthy (inside and out), 4 out of 10 washers in one row were out of order and 5 out of 12 dryers on one wall were out of order. The machines that were operating were in poor condition. As far as coin operated laundry mats, this was below average expectation. I have been a customer of Blu Sudz for 2 years and I can say the owners are magnificent. They always have a smile on their face. Any problems with a machine they handle right away! I even drop off my laundry from time to time. What more can be said than Excellent service. We need more owners like them in our community!

To whom it may concern, "blu sudz laundry" in phoenix , in my opinion far surpasses any other laundry facility I have used. And I have used laundry mats all across the united states. Being a truck driver for 20 years I have sampled quite a few establishments. Definately the nicest laundromat I've ever been too! And friendly staff too. I'll bring my laptop next time for the free wifi!
Just used Blu sudz for the first time. This laundra-mat is immaculate! And the service was excellent - needed help with the card to use on the washers and dryers - the attendant went out of her way to help me.
