Home Remodel This is shocking!!! The amount of damage this man has done to people who hired him in good faith. He's evil and dangerous and should be punished. Arnold Blu Shields is being sued for fraud and violations. This contractor's chapter 13 bankruptcy was dismissed and owner is being sued for fraud.
