What an unprofessional joke. I had an appointment scheduled with Terry (the owner) for my upcoming wedding. When I arrived 15 minutes early, I didn’t think much of the locked door - thinking surely she had to make a quick run for something. It was 20 minutes after my appointment time when I began to worry. SHE LITERALLY STOOD ME UP. 4 days before my wedding. Not a great first impression.

Mariah has been my stylist for almost 6 years now. I can't imagine anyone else ever touching my hair! She understands how to cut my crazy thick, short hair so that it's the most flattering on me. I get SO many complements on my cut AND color. She's always willing to do something different when I get bored, but she never lets me do anything I would regret. She's the sweetest person you'll ever meet and I consider myself lucky to be her client. She's very reasonably priced and scheduling is always easy.

I am a licensed cosmetologist and cosmetology instructor so I have personally known the owner Terry and the stylist Mariah for many years. Blu Rok Salon is the only salon I will trust with my family. Mariah is amazing. Most of my extended family go to her as well because she is so good at what she does. She always goes out of her way to make sure we are comfortable and satisfied with our services. Horrible customer service from Moriah. Avoid her like the plague! Should clean to be able to do your hair the way you want and then when it doesn't turn out anything like what she promised, if you don't come back to her within a week or two, she'll say sorry it's too late. She only works 3 days a week and I work full time and my 2 kids had sports all those 3 days, so I finally managed to squeeze in an appt. about 3 weeks later.
