Ignore all these bad reviews, they're all bogus as Blu phones are tailored for the budget buyers in mind. My Blu Vivo XI+ has not let me down since I purchased it, I owned a Galaxy S9+ and it's facial recognition was nowhere near as fast and accurate as my Blu's face ID. The fingerprint scanner is also quicker and easier to use on the Blu, RAM management is fantastic and a dual SIM card tray for only $300 something dollars? It's way too good to be true. I called to get it replaced and the operator gave me a hard time and hung up in my face. The product is 5 stars though.
