My brother and I lived at Blu on Farrington for over a year and we thoroughly enjoyed it! Maintenance was always super quick at fixing any issue. All of the appliances worked great. The apartment was clean, well maintained, and safe. Our neighbors were really nice. I also used the gym almost every day and loved it. I had a dog and the sidewalks around the apartment were great for walking him, in addition to the expansive dog park. Loved it here!
I lived here for four years and overall the apartments themselves are nice and held up well. The maintenance staff was very helpful and timely all the time! I had a few issues with my bathtub cracking and they were determined to get it fixed correctly. There were multiple attempts by a third party they hired. Ultimately, I believe they should have just replaced the tub but I’m sure there’s a lot more that goes into it. The apartments themselves are pretty nice and the amenities are great but if you need anything from the office staff, good luck. The management here is poor and they are not eager to help. Most of the staff seem pretty miserable most of the time and I always felt like a bother anytime I went in and asked questions or asked for help with something (most of which were very standard, reasonable things that most tenants need at some point). I love it here, truly. I’ve lived here in a first floor apartment since 2021. Zero complaints.
