Nice apartment but the front office staff might as well be robots. It doesn't matter how long you lived there or how nice you kept your apartment. They will find some b.s. charge upon move out about how there was dust on a closet rack or something, and charge you $60 for it. Obviously all they care about is money, not faulting them for that, but most places at least feign concern for long-term tenants. My car has been stolen (later retrieved) and then the window was broken into and items stolen within the last 2 months. They don’t have cameras on property. I’m moving out next month.
I have lived here for about two years, and it has its pros and cons. Over the past 6 months there have been cars broken into, noise complaints, and a number of visitors from others that limits parking for current residents. My brother was visiting me during spring break, and his car and others cars were broken into. No notice went out. Usually I would allow my children to take my trash out during the day/evening because its so close to us, well about a month ago my son was walking from the dumpsters and a gentleman approache... read more
