I have never written a negative review before but I went to Blu Nail 2 weeks ago for a gel manicure and the older man who works there was the one who did my nails and instead of scraping off the gel polish after it soaked in the polish remover as they have always done when I went there before, he used the electric file and in less than two weeks 8 of my nails have broken very short to where skin that usually is not exposed is now exposed. Very clean, nice nail salon, Nina is the best. She and the rest of her staff are very hard working. I make my appointment in advance, because she is so busy. Very clean salon.

Owner is rude and disrespectful. Myself and another customer there with reservations that she wrote down incorrectly, but blamed the customers for her mistakes. I was in the chair getting a gel set when she said i should only be getting polish. Told her she was incorrect. My res was made a month prior for gel pedi/mani and brows. I just walked out and thankfully ran into a Happy Nails & Spa. Awesome place with kind and pleasant employees. Blu Nail loss…will never return!
