Our dining experience at Blu Mangrove couldn't have been better . Our server , Joe , was pleasant and knowledgeable . Drinks were delicious , and we loved the food . Great range of choices , preparation and presentation were top notch . A really nice night out , we'll be going back .
We had good food and very good service on a recent visit. One person's food could have been a bit hotter, temperature-wise. Delicious fish-n-chips. Liked the musician who was playing reggae, too.
Owner is either incompetent or a thief. Tried to use a gift card purchased at this restaurant. The manager rejected it because "they replaced their POS system and can no longer read the cards" she also said the owner is aware and done nothing. They got me for $100 and who knows how many others. Perhaps I should reject the charge on my credit card and if they complain tell them I switched systems and have no record of dining with them.

Blu Mangrove Grill is a very hip upbeat restaurant right on the Manatee River. Awesome food and service and drinks with beautiful scenery and ambience! A MUST GO TO.
