The team at Blu Harbor is fantastic. Nassira, in the leasing office, is a strong advocate for residents, and Simplicio and the rest of the maintenance team are always quick to respond to maintenance requests.
Great place to live! Great community. Maintenance team very quick and efficient in their response. Simplicio did a great job to fix a bathroom sink leak and the damage to the vanity unit. Looks as good as new and he was very nice and friendly!
My experience with the maintenance staff at Blu Harbor has been top notch. In particular, Eddy is wonderful. He does excellent work, completed in a very efficient manner. And he is courteous and friendly always! He is a true asset to your team.
I lived here for a year and had a great experience. The leasing office and maintenance staff are very friendly, and I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly maintenance requests were handled.
