Simplicio is always outstanding.
Excellent location, yet burdened with numerous minor fees, such as a $125 charge for a key lockout, even during typical morning hours. While understandable in the middle of the night, considering the ample living options available in the Bay Area, it seems excessive and I am considering a move.
The maintenance team is fabulous! Simplicio was quick and did an amazing job.
Really great maintenance service! Ererey was quick to come and assist with repairing our lighting fixtures and toilet. Overall very professional and friendly.
I rated Blu Harbor 5 stars 15 months ago before moving in because my leasing manager was sweet and helpful, but I’m surprised to notice that while new residents are warmly welcomed, the support seems to disappear once someone moves out. I have a question about one of the charges on my final bill—they charged me an additional $50 for a fob I purchased. No one asked any questions when my friend returned the keys for me on my move-out date, and I don't understand what the $50 charge is for, except perhaps they plan to resell th... read more
