Very disappointing experience, especially for families with newborns. We experienced a water leak that led to moisture and mold concerns affecting a bedroom and walk-in closet. While the issue itself is stressful, what made this situation truly upsetting was the apartment management’s complete lack of consideration and communication. Great place to call home. This apartment building has been such a blessing to us. From the luxurious amenities, resident appreciation events, incredible views and great location to the super supportive, kind and helpful staff. I visited this property on Jan 10, 2026 & I had a deeply concerning experience at this property that raises serious questions about their management and safety protocols. During a tour, I was given access to a unit that was supposedly "available." When the staff member programmed the entry for me, I walked into the apartment only to find it was already occupied by a resident. This is a massive security breach and a major oversight.
