Unfortunately it has become very unsafe, neighbors report people smoking , thefts, people using drugs in the 7th floor ( all inside the building) and management doesn’t do anything about. By now is becoming more and more often and then no cameras no security. But few days before the rent is due, the email will be there to remind you that you need to pay.

I no longer feel safe, living here after reports of burglaries, and car break-ins. Apparently, there used to be security staff, but they have been cut. This is a very expensive Apartment complex; it is disappointing that the security of the residence is not a priority.

This place is nice but going downhill which leads me to believe they’re going to sell it soon. We thought it would be worth it to pay an arm and a leg in rent - much higher than the standard for the peninsula - in order to get higher end amenities and safety. The good: maintenance crew is amazing. They work so hard, are incredibly friendly and respond QUICK. Eddie and Simplicio are stand outs, we absolutely love our interactions with them. You think you’re going to pay 4k a month for a one bedroom and get a nice secure area? Well unfortunately that’s not the case. There has been an increase in auto theft and break ins. As well as package thefts. This has been brought to management several times. Management does nothing. There say there’s a security but there hasn’t been a single patrol since these break ins increased.
