I am a resident and loved here a lot. Recently bought a new car and temporarily parked it in the guest parking area while planning to sell my old car within a few days. I informed the leasing office about the situation and explained that it would only be for a short time. I had to edit my review because for some odd reason Blu harbor isn’t allowing new reviews. Please do not listen to the bots in the reviews saying this place is great. How is it possible that an account makes one review and magically it’s a review that’s beneficial to Blu harbor? These people entice certain residents to leave good reviews and then they’re clearly making fake accounts to write positive reviews! Total bots! My experience at Blu Harbor was fantastic! Huge shoutout to the incredible staff! Everyone is extremely nice and efficient. The apartments are top notch, the location is great (right next to Bair Island), and the vibe around the neighborhood is amazing. From a productivity standpoint, it’s a perfect place.
I lived at Blu Harbor for five years. It was a wonderful experience. I highly recommend the community. The property itself is peaceful and serene. It feels like an island tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the Bay Area. I enjoyed walking my dog by the water and watching the sun set.
