Business response:
Hi Kerinena, we're so sorry about your experience! I believe the night you were at our restaurant there was a bad storm (I talked to you in front of the restaurant), the storm caused us to close about 3/4 of our restaurant between the strong wind and rain and it was challenging to get everyone sat as quick as possible. We offered for you to store your britax stroller on our back dock which was covered however, you decided against that and said your stroller folded up very small. If it wasn't for the storm we would have sat y... read more
For the money you are paying you should get excellent service and great food and that was not the case. The server barley talked to us. The food was okay. Went with 7 people and everyone had the all you can wat crab legs. Crab legs came out cold and besides 1 or 2 crab legs most of them I had to scrap them all out of the shell, didn't come out when I snapped them, that was very very disappointing. The other food that came with the all you can eat they just didn't seem to bring enough of. The bill came to over 300 dollars and... read more
They are very unsanitary and don't properly cook their all you can eat crabs. I went there with my parents and we received at least 6 green crabs. This is dangerous for people who don't know any better than to eat them.
Our waitress was Haley and she was polite and attentive. The food was great I had the steamer pot 3 crabs, 1lb snow crab clusters, shrimp, clams, mussels, corn on the cob and sausage. The dessert was amazing we had the Reese's Cake you must try this dessert
The tuna lobster tower...enough said. Fresh and delicious
Needed time away came to blu crabhouse and raw bar for some great crabs good drinks and awesome customer service our waitress Cassidy was great an and helpful....
Our server Nat (Natalie she's blonde) was amazing. We were on a couples trip and so happy we picked this place. Will def come back!!
I had the seafood pasta and while the seafood was cooked perfect the dish as a whole was extremely bland. There was no seasoning what so ever. It's a shame because the seafood was perfectly cooked. Shoulda went with crab cakes
I came from Virginia with my boyfriend to try this place out (during a nasty storm). For the first time going here, I thought it was wonderful. I liked my seafood pasta dish, and we ended up buying crab legs too, which were really good as well. We both had a memorable time here, and would go again! Also, our waiter was good to us, even when we asked a lot of questions about the food. All-in-all a great spot.
