asked for soda got water asked for some ketchup for fries got nothing then tells us 18 percent added to bill automatically for a party of two not cool will say the food was good service sucked
Went there on 10/3 for dinner. Food was great. Received our bill and there was a 18% gratuity added. No option to change this. There were only two of us. This was not on the menu or communicated at all. I reached out twice to the restaurant with no response. I just wanted an explanation. Poor customer service. Won’t be back simply because of that.
The atmosphere is very nice and relaxing. The food was very good unless you get the snow crab legs. Very overcooked and hard to get the meat out of the shell. We didn't have this issue at another place in town. The added non optional 18% tip seems to be a bit inappropriate considering our waiter walked passed our table multiple times while we were waiting for drinks and refills on crabs. AYCE snow crab was really good but overcooked and hard to get out of the shells. At the end of the dinner, our waitress informed us that a gratuity will be added to our bill without a choice. It was 18%!!! We ended up paying a $200 bill!!! For 2 people!!!!! The waitress was good but she did not serve us at an exceptional level deserving $30!! She served us the same as the table next to us that ordered soup and salad!! This required gratuity ruined....absolutely RUINED what could have been a great dinner!
had to ask for fresh crabs legs...not ones that had been reheated....shrimp was over cooked and hard to peel and the service was aweful after we got our first round...by adding 18 percent gratuity to bill gives no incentive to give good service, or service at all for that matter....very disappointing for the cost too...we wont be going back!
they food was not seasoned at all. Did not look like picture on the menu.
