I had a very frustrating and unprofessional experience with Jyllian Neuharth at Blu Birch Salon. I booked my appointment three weeks in advance (07/19/25) for both color and a haircut, scheduled for 3:00pm on a Saturday (08/09/25). Sierra is amazing! Oh my gosh I totally recommend her
Very expensive for the quality of work. A scheduled appointment was made but once we were there we were told they didn't have time to do acrylic, which is what we requested ahead of time, because there were other customers. What's the point in scheduling an appointment if you are just going to rush us out because you over booked?
