There is no one person who I trust to do CPR certification for me and my staff members other than Rich! He is so incredibly knowledgeable on CPR/First Aid and hosts engaging classes. He is always so fast to respond to inquiries, flexible about time and place, and just overall a wonderful professional. Cannot recommend BLS/Rich enough!!!

Rich is an excellent instructor. The training course was held at his home. I felt hesitant at first because of this but Rich was professional- no creeper vibes whatsoever. The training was one on one and so informative. He allowed me to ask random questions and even had knowledgeable answers for me. I walked out feeling much more prepared for a medical situation. Reasonably priced- money will spent! I highly recommend taking a course with Rich
