Sometimes reliable but TERRIBLE customer service. Idk what happened over time but you can barely get someone on the phone. And the nerve to then have an attitude or place you on hold for over 30min at a time. Insane!!
Not reliable at all. This team does not follow basic instructions and does not offer solutions when they are at fault.
My name is Vincent and I am with C And C Limousine in Augusta Georgia. We did several jobs for this company during the Augusta Nationals Tournament (Master’s Week) this year in 2025. All jobs were completed as scheduled and BLS Limo never paid us for these jobs. I would NOT recommend them to anyone because they DO NOT do good business in paying for services rendered. Thanks.
