Penny has been awesome to work with through our house design project. My wife and I purchased a home design program and created a concept of the home we are building. Penny converted our concept into construction plans, had the plans reviewed and stamped by engineering, and we were able to submit the plans for permitting. All of our meetings were onsite and there was absolutely no feeling of being rushed. Penny was also very accommodating with our endless changes and questions. Five stars!
