If I could give a lower rating, I would. I moved into a unit that was infested with roaches & they tried to make me live in it for 2 weeks before sending someone out to handle it. Following the first visit, the pest control guy let me know that this is an ongoing issue with this company and that they’ve refused to replace infested appliances within the complex in order to cut costs. They had to come back multiple times to spray and my ESA dog, who has multiple health issues at his old age, could no longer live there with me.... read more
I have an excellent experience with BLR Commercial Real Estate. Their team is professional, responsive, and proactive in addressing any concerns or maintenance issues. Communication is always clear and timely, and they truly care about the well-being of both the property and the Residents.
The subpar customer service provided by the call center representatives is unacceptable and warrants immediate attention.
Worst company to ever exist. There’s a reason why they barely have good reviews. This company is filled with rude people with short tempers who don’t help you. Even their service request form online doesn’t work. I would recommend finding another company other than blr commercials, there’s too many problems with their buildings that they refuse to fix.
