I got my hair and makeup done at the west loop location for a wedding I was in and I am so happy with both services. The French twist I got was one of my favorites and I had never had my makeup done professionally before but it was a great experience and it turned out amazing.
I’ve had a membership at Blowout Junkie for a couple of years now and Dolce in the West Loop location is my favorite go-to! She is so talented, sweet, and FAST! I have very long, thick hair and no one has been able to style my hair so well and reliably. Dolce is the best!!!
I booked on a whim for a wedding while I was in town and had the best blowout I’ve ever gotten. Vanessa was fantastic with my thin curly hair and I left with gorgeous smooth refined volume and a style that lasted 3 days (when usually I can only get 1 event out of a blowout). I will definitely be back when I am next in town.
I was in from out of town and based on reviews booked an appt with Mikayla. When i arrived i was told Mikayla was off and another girl did my blowout. It was terrible. She didn't use any product. I asked her why and she said it weighs hair down. She didn't consult with me before shampooing. I showed her photos of myself with the style i wanted. These were photos with blowouts that I did to myself…so easily doable. She didn’t do anything close. Sooooo disappointed.
Jocelyn is absolutely incredible, best customer service !! Makes all hair and makeup dreams come to life!!!!!
