I needed a hair tuneup while visiting Palm Springs. We chose Blown El Paseo. This was my first time there. Caprice listened, and put her skills to work. She did a great job, and I would recommend her and the salon to all! CB
Owner has no idea how to run a salon and double books her staff who is already poorly trained and rude. Literally go anywhere else.
I love how my hair feels and looks after my hair treatment at Shear Hair Design! I also love their costumer service, they make you feel like it's your wedding day at every visit.
I’m really disappointed with my experience. My appointment started about 15 minutes late, and the service felt rushed from the beginning. During my blowout, she was checking other clients in and out and answering phone calls, which made it feel divided and inattentive. I asked for a simple, classic blowout with volume and flippy ends, but instead I received a very straight, flat style that didn’t resemble what I requested.
