I got the pleasure of working with Blown Away through our home warranty and they were great from start to finish. Jennifer who works in the office answered my many many calls with a wonderful attitude and truly went the extra mile to fill in gaps when my home warranty company left me in the dark. Tyler and his partner were also great who did our install. Several weeks after a cold snap I had to call a different HVAC company due to my house being 52°. He showed me that my auxiliary heat tapes were not wired into my new thermostat, and therefore the reason it was getting so cold in my house. I was charged an exorbitant amount of money for this job that was not done correctly. I’ve reached out to Blown Away with no results or help to remedy this error on their part.
