I got the pleasure of working with Blown Away through our home warranty and they were great from start to finish. Jennifer who works in the office answered my many many calls with a wonderful attitude and truly went the extra mile to fill in gaps when my home warranty company left me in the dark. Tyler and his partner were also great who did our install. We had them come out and give us a quote against Webb Heating. We didn’t tell them what Webb quoted. We needed some duct work done in our attic for our son’s room. Webb was going to charge us right at $7,000. Blown away came in with a quote that was very reasonable and much less than the better known company. The tech that came out was very personable. Jennifer was very helpful during our first communication, but as time went on she became extremely rude and hostile, even hanging up on me during our last communication. I am very appalled by the unprofessional behavior.

Tyler was very professional. He came when he said he would and even texted me before he left. He serviced my unit and it’s working great now. I was very impressed with the detailed communication throughout the process, and the quality of work was really good. I will use them again.
