We had them come out and give us a quote against Webb Heating. We didn’t tell them what Webb quoted. We needed some duct work done in our attic for our son’s room. Webb was going to charge us right at $7,000. Blown away came in with a quote that was very reasonable and much less than the better known company. The tech that came out was very personable. I got the pleasure of working with Blown Away through our home warranty and they were great from start to finish. Jennifer who works in the office answered my many many calls with a wonderful attitude and truly went the extra mile to fill in gaps when my home warranty company left me in the dark. Tyler and his partner were also great who did our install. Jennifer was very helpful during our first communication, but as time went on she became extremely rude and hostile, even hanging up on me during our last communication. I am very appalled by the unprofessional behavior.
Blown Away HVAC are awesome to work with. Jennifer was easy to communicate with and Tyler was great with the work he did on my AC unit.
Tyler was great and courteous. The quote provided was thousands less than previous repair companies. Thanks for being honest and fair.
