My elderly parents overpaid for their vacation rental and despite our best efforts they have yet to receive a refund for the money owed to them. When I called the office on their behalf, Kevin Walker could do nothing but launch insults against my parents. Kevin has promised my father that "the check is in the mail" but after 30 days, no check has arrived.
