After retiring, I started looking for a home with a little more square footage.The agents at Blowing Rock Real Estate have been incredible. They are knowledgeable, patient, and friendly. I never feel rushed when an agent is showing me properties. They work hard for their clients!
edit: interesting that they always "searched the transaction and communication records across all of our agents" and cannot find the relevant complaint. Seem more worried about being right than fixing issues. Removed a star. Tough to work with. Added friction instead of helping the deal move forward smoothly. Too many high quality realtors in the area. Later closed deal for 14% less when home was relisted.
Did not follow up on promises that were made, did not communicate well and cost us money. The experience did not have any positives and I regret working with them.
