The woman that works the front desk is extraordinarily rude like zero customer service skills zero people skills just a bad attitude
I came here about two weeks ago with my girlfriend who was feeling very ill and needed to be checked out. Once we got to this place, we went to the front office where the receptionist was rude and unprofessional. We also had to wait around an hour while there was only one other patient. Once we finally got appointed to the nurse, the process was going well and she was nice for the most part but my girlfriend's first language isn't English and instead of asking me the questions she consistently asked her the same question ove... read more
First visit for my husband's illness. The facility is easy to find on 321/Valley Bld. There was only a short wait & the intake was quick & pleasant. The medical staff both Brandy (Cordell) & David Fair (DJ) were excellent. DJ took his time to listen & explain all aspects of his assessment & prescribed treatments. When needed, we will definitely return for the outstanding care we received, as well as recommend it to others. Thank you.

Came in explaining how we thought our 18 month old daughter had strep based on symptoms we were experiencing. Doctor opted not to test for strep. Took our daughter to her pediatrician 5 days later as she was still unwell and she tested positive for strep. Why our concerns were disregarded at this location is beyond us but we’re 5 days back because of it.
