just now NEW This place is a joke. We called ahead for a reservation at noon for my 92 year old grandmother with pneumonia, and nearly 2 hours later we hadn't been called back. The lady at the desk had the gall to say that they didn't make true appointments because then they'd only see 10 people a day instead of 45, but in reality, that's all they'd see anyway at the rate they were going. Do real appointments and stick to them!
