In contrast we are also a FULL SERVICE salon. We have a very talented team that specializes in color and cuts.

They melted my hair and my hair was literally falling off. It was in such bad condition and looked so bad, I dyed it back to black the same day. They also had the worst customer service ever! They cancelled my appointments that were a month apart twice because of “emergencies.” Thuy never once apologized for the inconvenience. They also changed my appointment time back 30 minutes even though I never did. Worst experience ever. I would warn people to stay away!!!!!!!
Unfortunately I had really high hopes for this salon. I've been a few times and absolutely loved my hair. However, today I was greeted by the same stylist I've seen as a new client which was kind of weird but then I was notified I was never on the schedule even though I was already sitting in her chair and had confirmed multiple times. Wasted my Saturday and now I'm left looking for last minute options for my hair.
