I walked in, was not greeted nor acknowledged. Stood there like an idiot got looked at and still no acknowledgement, so i walked out.
I called this morning to schedule a blow dry for this Friday at 9:30 as I clearly told the person I can only make it at 9 or 9:30am. At 1:57pm, I received a text and email to confirm my appt (at the time I requested.) Then, at 4:41pm I get a voicemail saying my appointment time was changed (WITHOUT MY PERMISSION) When I called, I spoke to Carolyn. Without any apologies, she said it was a "system error". Had high hopes for this place and my stylist was very nice. Thought my hair looked great, until I got home and saw there 3-4 large parts of the bottom back of my hair completely uncurled. In the 10 min drive back to my house, my hair looked like it had barely been curled and I had to redo everything. Waste of time and money.
