Great birthday gift for my daughter
My first dominican blow out. I love the results. The customer service was great. The ladies were very informative of how to manage my hair afterwards. Days later my hair is still soft and silky even after being caught in a rain storm. I am highly satisfied with the service.
I went yestersay to get my ends trimmed and walked out with half of my hair chopped. It looks bad, it’s not even, it’s chopped. I explained to her that i dont let no one touch my hair. Cause when u tell them the ends and they cut a lot of hair. And she did the same exact thing i told her not to do. My hair was way done my waist and now is up to my bra. Horrible.. I've been a customer for many years and never been treated so poorly until today. All I wanted was a wash and deep condition. The lady started washing my hair and burned me with the scoring hot water she did not check the temperature of the water before she washed my hair.
