Wow I was thinking about possible going here. But after viewing this businesses petty responses to people in the comments I will not be visiting. Just wanted to let you know how this looks. I’ve also seen a couple people with curly hair not having a good experience here. Go ahead and delete this but wow you are coming across as a petty child. There are ways to correct people like Susan who is the only review I saw that seems like it was the client, without being petty and childish. You do not look professional.
Had an amazing experience with Crystalle for hair and make-up for my bridal shower. Made a last minute booking (less than 5 days from event) and was so excited there was something available. Crystalle has an infectious, warm, and welcoming personality, and is incredibly talented on top of that. Will definitely book again!
I don’t understand the recent bad reviews, I am VERY picky and had a wonderful blow out with Myrna. I couldn’t be happier. The salon was easy to get to, clean and bright. She did an excellent job!
changed the price of my appointment by $50 without informing me, and only told me once they “finished” my hair. the manager said it was because the stylist had to use hot tools but the stylist told me it was because I had long hair? Would not come back
Very confusing to enter building. Climbed 4 flights, door locked. Tried again, took elevator, found it. Door locked. Called several times, no answer. Finally I heard the door unlock, and entered. I expressed frustration, stylist said “we texted you, if you’re not able to read it, that’s not my problem. I’m not here to get lectured.” Very condescending. There is no phone at this salon.
