Update post 1 star: I’ve been coming here for almost 2 years but recently my hair started falling out. I have thick hair and the last few times i’ve been man handled. They could care less about your hair health and just want to get you in and out. I am very worried about the loss of my hair coming out in clumps and i’ve been there 2 weeks in a row so it’s gotta be from them. I visited this salon for a simple root touch-up and haircut. Initially, the staff were friendly and welcoming. However, when I politely expressed that I wasn’t satisfied with the results, the tone changed completely. My hair ended up two noticeably different colors, and one side was visibly longer than the other. Instead of addressing my concerns, one of the stylists tried to convince me it “looked good,” dismissing my feedback entirely. Ok. I give them 2 star now. My boy did hair cut and it turn out not expected. Hair looks quite unfinished look. But, we'll try couple of times more because the lady who hair washer did great job. And there's 2 other person to try. Why ? Because the rate is pretty good deal.
