I was not very happy with my service. I did not make a scene at the salon and did tip Kiki, however, let me explain my situation. I came for a $40.00 blowout and while Kiki was blow drying my hair she stated “your layer is uneven and your bottom needs evened out” “let me just trim that up” I thought okay, how sweet. NEVER DID SHE SAY I’M CHARGING YOU $40.00 FOR A FULL HAIRCUT AS IT WAS NOT A HAIRCUT. IT WAS A 3 minute trim.
The girls are awesome. So kind and they know what they are doing. I asked for waves and they did a great job, unfortunately my hair seems like it doesn't want to get styled, so the waves disappeared after a few hours. But I had this problem with my hair already a several times...
