I went to this salon on my birthday as a walk-in knowing I would most likely have to wait they had informed me that one of the stylists was supposed to leave but would stay and take me as her last client so I wait until she finishes the woman in her chair and she calls me over unbraids my hair and was consulting with me about what style I would like then a lady who was waiting before me begins to get upset because she had a appointment and I was being taken care of before her they told her she had a appointment with another ... read more
Trinity did a great job. Was very punctual and I was done in 45 mins. My hair looks very nice. Ty so much Trinity. 5 stars.
The hairstylists here are very knowledgeable, skilled, and attentive. They truly listen to what you want and do a great job. The only reason I continue to come back is because the wash and blow-dry process is quick and convenient. Unfortunately, the management runs the salon very poorly. There have been multiple occasions where appointments were made but the stylist did not show up. I went because it was close by and my usual person was booked. I had a wedding to go to and I brought my daughter too. First, when I made the reservations I asked how much it would cost for my daughter's up do. The quote that I was given was $69. $89 for the up do and $20 off if I brought my daughter with washed and dried hair. When I went to pay, they insisted that it was $89 even with her hair being pre washed and dried.
