I refuse to go to any other hair salon! Bastiano, Linda, and Emily are all fantastic and genuinely care about your hair health and getting the color right. Always happy the outcome.

As much as i tried to like this place, Linda was late to my 11:00am appt, I guess sliding through the back door and acting like she was there already and then gave me the worst choppy hair cut. WASTE OF MONEY. I started going to PRIME ONE HAIR in astoria charges half the price this place does the same thing

I’m a bit surprised by the rave reviews. I thought I’d try this salon given how close it is to me. I got a straightforward toning treatment. It seemed rushed — the toner was not fully washed out and my hair was still wet after a quick blow dry. I wonder if this salon just does quick services and less attention to detail? Overall it was an ok experience and I probably won’t return. Also FYI, there is a 3% credit card fee (which was not shared upfront). Bring cash if you want to avoid this fee.

Gigi was incredible. She was patient and listened to what I was looking to get done. We worked with inspo pics to get the right color and tone I wanted. I will definitely be coming back once o need a touch up and a toner! Loved that I found a new salon in my neighborhood
