Blouw did the appraisal on a house I was purchasing. I just wanted peace of mind that I was getting what I was paying for. They were great to work with.
Appraiser was a very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. Very impressed with the level of detailed content contained in the appraisal. I would recommend Blouw Appraisal Company.
The appraiser that came out was nice but that was about it. The appraisal itself was WAY to low for the market. The appraisal had inaccurate comps, square footage of my home and they didn’t take into account the upgrades I mentioned. They even used a comp that didn’t have a yard put in our neighborhood 🤦♂️
The appraiser was rude and unhelpful. Use another company. I would give zero stars but that was not an option.
