This was my first visit because the VA was over booked so they sent me here. Everyone was friendly and made you feel welcome. The doctors where so kind and double checked to make sure there was no questions or concerns of what test where done. This may have been my first visit but for my eye care it want be my last.
Great folks professional process and fun
Wasn't my first visit but was for eye exam. Staff and Dr. Pigeon were friendly and courteous. Done a thorough eye exam and took time to ask questions about my vision problems and explained what was going on with my vision. Yes would recommend to friends.
Nice people good service they are friendly and caring
I had a fantastic experience here! I had to bring my two toddlers to my eye exam and the staff went above and beyond to help me and keep them occupied while i was with the doctor. Dr. Bowers is kind, helpful, and understanding. He took his time with me and my girls, and i will be a long time customer. Thank you, Blountville Family Eyecare!!!
I had an appointment with Dr. Tara Pigeon yesterday and I could not have been more pleased with the experience. This was my first visit to Blountville Family Eyecare. I found all of the staff every courteous and professional. Dr. Pigeon was very thorough with my exam and answered all of my questions. Everyone who works there is very helpful and nice. Every concern i had was looked at and addressed. I would recommend my family and friends go to see them. They are true professionals.
