They was rude and nasty they hate black people and the old guy work in the office is nasty he lied about he didn’t get the check from my insurance company and and his grandson had to help me he showed where it was. He charged me 700$ he needs to be closed down.
I need their help and the guy who came was extremely rude. I was beeing very nice because i need help and as soon as I came out of my car , he began asking me what I need and he said under his breath that he tierd of helping my kind. I didn't act on it because I didn't want to go to his level. I just stood by. Seem like he didn't know what he was doing but 2 hours later he got done.
