Really disappointed, and I am not one to write negative reviews. If this ever turns out to be a misunderstanding, I'll take this down in a heartbeat. I was in contact with the owner for a long period of time trying to get him to come out to the house to take down an old oak tree that has been struck by lightening. He and his wife graciously came out and looked it over, even played with the kiddo, and quoted me a very reasonable price.
