POOR QUALITY, DO NOT HIRE THEM!!!!!!!!! SCAM ARTIST & CROOK!!!!!! Quoted 4x4x10 posts, installed 4x4x on a 7-foot high fence!!!! Very little concrete on each post (NO STRENGTH). Contacted Mike and pointed out his errors and was assured he was going to correct his mistakes, WHICH NEVER HAPPENED. I would rate them -10. Had to hire REAL CARPENTERS to correct HIS SCREW UPS... Scam artist!!!! I have 3 very close friends who had very similar PROBLEMS with Mike Blouin.
Mike Blouin installed my wood fence including two large double gates and a small gate. He was very willing to work with me regarding some of my ideas about the job. I am very happy with the finished product and would highly recommend Blouin Fence Company. Thank you Mike and thanks to your hard working crew.
I am pleased with a wooden fence replacement that was recently installed. The crew was efficient, was always on time, and left the yard clean before they left the job. The owner was knowledgeable about his profession, easy to work with, gave some good advice, and went beyond the job itself to give me assistance. It was more than I expected. Blouin Fence & Shutter is definitely a company that I would consider for future jobs.
Poor quality material and horrible job. A month after fence is up the boards are all splitting and DID NOTgive me what i asked for. Which is fence to the ground. To protect pets. Would never recommend to anyone. I asked him to fix the problem and he told me NO he just gave me ****** of material which is not enough. Because i paid 13,790.00.Just 10 mudboards cost that. i needed 62 boards.

Called to say they were going to be out of town for the scheduled appointment. I have not heard from them since. I will do it myself.
Mike Blouin was amazing during this whole process. He took the time to sit with my wife and I and go over all of our options before we made our final decision. He kept us up to date on the installation schedule and when our project would be completed. The work was amazing!! They did an amazing job and we could not be happier with the results. I will recommend them to everyone!!
I hired them to install a cedar fence at my house and it is gorgeous!! I get so many Complements. The 2 guys that came to install the fence were very polite, respectful and very professional. I like them so much that I hired them to replace a fence at one of my rentals.
