I had a very disappointing experience at this flower shop. The lady staff member was very rude and unprofessional. Instead of being helpful and welcoming, she spoke in an unfriendly manner, which made me feel uncomfortable. Good customer service is just as important as the quality of the flowers, and unfortunately this experience did not meet expectations. I hope the shop takes this feedback seriously and improves its customer service.

Placed an online order for our 30th anniversary while overseas. Found the perfect arrangement and flower combination with Soft Melody. Delivery was on point as was the order process. My wife absolutely loved them, my heartfelt gratitide to the florist who arranged it, and the driver who made it happen. 🥰
