Too expensive and took 30+ mins to JUST wrap some Fricking Roses. i mean 30+ just for roses, I could’ve done that myself just tell me u don’t know what u doing. GOD DAMN, ruined my plans.
I had a very disappointing experience at this flower shop. The lady staff member was very rude and unprofessional. Instead of being helpful and welcoming, she spoke in an unfriendly manner, which made me feel uncomfortable. Good customer service is just as important as the quality of the flowers, and unfortunately this experience did not meet expectations. I hope the shop takes this feedback seriously and improves its customer service.
