I am beyond disappointed with my experience here this afternoon. I was greeted by the lovely lady and she was helping me discuss options with the budget i had. I had let her know she had lots of freedom but i wanted them to be pink and within my budget. I came back to pay for the flowers which consisted of 1 pink rose within lots of white and green. I rang through a flower order on the phone and was warmly greeted by a lovely lady by the name of Josie. I am interstate and ordering on the phone especially when you can’t see the flowers can be at times a bit daunting. Josie took my order with a lot of professionalism and was ever so polite and was very responsive to my questions. Josie was an absolute pleasure to deal with. I went into your beautiful store yesterday to buy some flowers for a friend with terminal cancer. Your florist Nerida was very busy but I felt seen and heard. She helped me with my purchase with professionalism, kindness and empathy when I was very upset about my friend. I left feeling so happy about my experience with a stunning array of flowers.
